Masterworks Soundtracks Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

As a member of the Soundtracks Marketing Department, this individual will be responsible for soundtracks labels' social media, websites, email newsletters, YouTube channel, and general presence, working in conjunction VP who oversees the department.

What you'll do:
• Research, plan and post compelling content for soundtrack labels' socials, websites and email newsletters working in conjunction VP who oversees the department
• Compose clever and enticing short-form copy for websites, social channels, pre-save/pre-add campaigns and other related assets
• Collaborate with product managers/VP to create optimal advertising assets for social media & YouTube
• Prepare and execute social media posting calendars using CoSchedule for soundtrack projects
• In conjunction with VP, review optimization of our VEVO/YouTube channel and suggest new content
• Design and execute contesting for exposure and audience growth and capture, using digital tools and partnerships
• Compile YouTube metadata (descriptions and tags) for official videos
• Influencer outreach
• Milan Records website update and maintenance
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for increased engagement across social platforms

Who you are:
• You have a minimum 1-2 years previous experience, preferably in marketing, communications or entertainment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Personable, professional and flexible
• The use of discretion and confidentiality is an absolute must; project planning will take place in advance of consumer-facing content
• Social Media Fluency: demonstrates intermediate to expert knowledge and experience with social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Knowledgeable about music consumption across multiple channels and digital service providers
