Job Title: Social Media Manager - Ultra
Location: New York, NY
Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Ultra Records, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective digital marketing and social media strategies, with a primary focus on Dance and Electronic artists. You will manage social media profiles, develop content, and oversee influencer campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Ultra Records’ social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Discord) and digital properties to ensure optimal representation on key platforms.
• Create and post digital content, including text, images, and videos, for label social profiles and fan pages.
• Work closely with the in-house creative team to execute label and artist promotional materials.
• Oversee short-form content strategies for assigned artists, ensuring alignment with their vision and current trends.
• Develop and manage influencer campaigns, working with agencies to launch and monitor campaigns.
• Track analytics and metrics for single and album releases across social platforms, providing reports to internal teams and external artists.
• Monitor artist development on social media, track viral moments, and manage posting and engagement on artist accounts.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in media or entertainment.
• Expertise with major social media platforms and an understanding of the digital service provider (DSP) landscape.
• Proven track record in building a social following from scratch and developing digital marketing campaigns for multiple brand voices.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music, with specific knowledge of Dance and Electronic music and culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in both creative and analytical roles within social media management.
• Previous experience working with global brands and influencer marketing.
