As the Senior Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner within our Product Design Engineering (PDE GO) organization. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will be responsible for translating complex product roadmaps and initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Your work will directly inform our business strategy and decision-making, equipping you to grow from supporting strategy to ultimately owning initiatives end-to-end as a Program Manager.
What you'll do:
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Program leaders to synthesize and align on the organization's complete roadmap and key initiatives.
• Gather necessary data and insights from across the organization to inform strategic recommendations and support roadmap planning.
• Transform complex plans, initiatives, and data into impactful, visually appealing presentations and strategic narratives for a wide range of audiences.
• Support preparation of roadmap narratives to senior leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of our priorities, progress, and impact.
• Lead the preparation of materials for key business reviews and planning cycles.
• Help refine processes for how we plan, communicate, and govern our product roadmap.
Who you are:
• An experienced professional with 2-3 years background in management or technology consulting, with a proven ability to distill complex information into actionable insights and clear stories.
• A master of presentations, with a proven track record of creating high-level, visually engaging decks that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• A strategic and analytical thinker who is comfortable working with large datasets to inform business strategy and drive decisions.
• Highly proficient with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva) and fluency with Excel.
• A strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
• Someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys untangling problems, and is eager to learn how strategy turns into tangible results.
• Someone with a high level of business acumen and a strong interest in technology, product development, and the future of our industry.
