This is a Full Time Job
As a PX Concierge, you will join the team that creates and maintains a healthy company culture by helping coordinate and advance all PX-related processes as well as assist the PX team with reports, scheduling, data-gathering, and systems.
What you'll do:
• Be the first point of contact for all PX related queries and escalate to the team as necessary.
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding cycle for all new joiners from offer paperwork to organising and conducting new hire orientation and other inductions.
• Lead and coordinate the terminations process ensuring all employees have a smooth offboarding experience.
• Maintain, administer, and develop accurate PX records electronically and on PX systems to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for PX analysis and any other PX related functions.
• Maintain team trackers and support PXBPs with projects as required.
• Take part in global and/or regional projects and local ad hoc administrative tasks and initiatives that support the Business Partners and PX brand.
• General team administration and support such as booking meeting rooms, note taking, preparing presentations/reports etc.
• Track and maintain all employee data including but not limited to organizational charts, temporary employees, interns.
• Welcome internal and external visitors to the PX Suite
• Create a hospitable candidate experience by escorting candidates to scheduled interviews and ensuring they are comfortable and complete any candidate experience requirements.
• Responsible for communicating candidate and guest arrivals
• Support coordination of PX suite and meeting rooms space operations – ordering supplies, coordinate mail, partner with building facilities for maintenance of excellent, welcoming creative environment, catering requests as needed.
Who you are:
• Requires M-F on-site availability from 9:30AM-6:00PM
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding).
• Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights.
• You are highly proficient in English and Spanish.
• You are highly organized and report/process oriented.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, experience including: creating pivot reports and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem solving experience.
• You are communicative and take initiative on tasks at hand.

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $45,000 to $52,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
