Playlist Coordinator - Latin-Iberia (Temporary)
Streaming / Playlist Coordinator - Latin-Iberia (Temporary)
The Streaming / Playlist Coordinator is responsible for working with the regional playlist team to coordinate and drive the overall streaming and playlisting strategy for the Latin Iberia region. This temporary role includes working with regional curators and playlisting team on developing, maintaining and optimizing playlists to increase track streams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying commercial opportunities for the creation and marketing of playlists brands
• Coordinate the creation of advertising assets for campaigns (i.e. playlist covers, HPTOs, banners/videos etc.)
• Coordinate support from local digital teams for generating artists engagement on Regional playlists campaigns (assets, ID’s..).
• Manage & allocate ad inventory to maximize effective playlisting opportunities
• Managing Artist Spotify Profiles and campaign Calendar.
• Coordinate playlist promotions on artist and Sony socials
• Establish, maintain and enforce playlist guidelines for the region
• Learn and share best practices across digital teams
• Coordinate track pitches for regional & local playlists
• Analyze and share results of campaign initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a digital or related environment preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro, Soundscan, Ariba, Citrix, and RPS is preferred.
• Proficiency with Social Media
• Spanish fluency HIGHLY preferred and prioritized
• Excellent communications skills a must.
• Excellent command of language with strong writing skill, telephone skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and focus while working under potentially stressful and demanding situations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are required.
• Professional, confident, posititive and calm demanor.
• Must have a tremendous love of music.
• Healthy sense of humor helps, as well (don’t take yourself too seriously)!
