Then consider this rewarding position as Manager of Digital Partners. The digital revenue team at Provident Music expands our artists’ reach in multiple markets. We’re looking for someone who wants to use his or her deep knowledge of Christian & Gospel music to directly affect our artists’—and our company’s—success.

Responsibilities
• Lead account management of assigned digital partners (currently YouTube, Tidal, Google) and others as needed
• Manage, cultivate and leverage relationship with all revenue-bearing streaming services (audio, video and mobile) and maximize revenue from those channels
• Initiate and execute timely digital revenue-generating opportunities for label artists; manage pricing, product, and promotional campaigns across the digital business
• Advise on best content configurations to accomplish strategic marketing goals
• Create and distribute new release forecasts and media planners for all audio and video content
• Participate in label and distribution meetings when necessary
• Manage partners and content opportunities in assigned international regions
• Create artist and digital partner experiences for label and industry events (such as Music Biz and others)
• Perform market research analysis on an as-needed basis
• Regularly communicate to marketing staff, artists, & artist managers, status of artist campaigns, new initiatives, and other account activity
• Attend industry events as needed (e.g. Stellar Awards, Dove Awards, Music Biz)
• Work with Provident staff to ensure timely solicitation
• Serve as a liaison with production to ensure content deliveries are timely and complete
• Present and educate label staff and artist managers on consumer behavior, marketplace changes, and competitor data
• Look for nontraditional revenue-bearing outlets for label artist content (e.g. backing tracks, greeting cards)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of digital platforms, the general digital music space, and online digital sales typically gained through 5 or more years record label, distribution, marketing or sales experience
• Interest in supporting the mission and platform of Christian music and gospel music artists
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to learn proprietary sales systems
• Flexibility to work in an environment where plans are constantly changing in response to the marketplace
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to express thoughts clearly and succinctly; experience making presentations in meetings and conference calls a plus
• Experience analyzing market data, consumer insights, and related financial data is a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including experience coordinating multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
• Must be flexible to work occasional nights and weekends with some travel (15%; long and short distances); willingness and availability to communicate via email and mobile phone outside of office hours
