As a Manager, Digital Marketing, for our Latin Regional Office your responsibilities may include, and are not limited to the following.
What you'll do:
• Work with local digital marketing teams to coordinate and strategize on streaming marketing, digital advertising, social media and CRM campaigns for regional priority artists and projects.
• Collaborate with regional and local marketing to develop innovative and effective marketing programs, promotions, campaigns that will increase exposure, membership, usage, engagement, and commerce.
• Work with sales teams to support DSP initiatives and maximize promotional opportunities.
• Work with creative and content departments to develop programs of digital content to be used across all digital channels, increasing engagement with artists audiences and stakeholders
• Oversee and manage regional influencer strategies and campaigns to increase artist reach
• Manage relationships with partners across CRM, social media, asset creation, paid media, and influencer marketing.
• Discover new digital outlets, influencer accounts to promote artists and maintain relationships with key sites and members
• Collaborate with various teams to develop custom and creative digital marketing ideas for each artist
• Oversee and grow Sony owned social media accounts, website, newsletters. Supporting artists activities through all these platforms.
• Monitor and quantify the success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid media campaigns, social engagement and partnerships via various analytics tools
• Evaluate effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and use the data to offer suggestions on how to maximize strategies for current and future campaigns.
• Communicate key insights and results to all relevant stakeholders, including managing and communicating best and worst practices.
• Spot digital trends, understand new technologies and social media behavior to create new and innovative marketing opportunities and solutions.
Who you are:
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience at a record label or other related media companies.
• A strong marketer with a solid network of influencer talent, agents, and other gatekeepers; you have the ability to maintain regular communication between the label and influencer partners, while actively sourcing and negotiating new influencer partnerships
• You can build engagement strategies for accelerated growth aligned with a company’s vision, business goals and rising cultural trends and topics.
• You have the ability to Identify opportunities to partner with influencers to expand awareness and customer engagement.
• Proven track record in strategizing and developing influencer marketing campaigns to support launches and drive company’s awareness and reach on social media channel.
• Superb written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of the music marketplace.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the music streaming landscape.
• Solid understanding / interest in lifestyle verticals and urban culture.
• Social Media Obsessed: Demonstrated knowledge of and professional experience with social platforms.
• Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and have the ability to be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
• A team player that is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to help out the team.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Data analysis/research skills.
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in forums and meetings.
• Must be experienced and skilled at acting as a liaison between the artists/artist management and the label using tact, persuasion, communication and trust.
• Must be highly organized and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline.
• Prior experience with a variety of digital marketing tools.
• Creative, self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills.
• MUST BE FULLY FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
