Junior Developer for Modern Workplace and Copilot

We’re looking for a Junior Modern Workplace & Copilot Developer who can work closely with our business partners to support the delivery of lowâ€'code, AIâ€'powered solutions across our enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for an earlyâ€'career technologist who is passionate about Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, and who wants to grow their skills while working on realâ€'world business solutions in a global organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building solutions quickly, collaborating with business teams, and learning how AI and lowâ€'code tools can transform the modern workplace.

What you'll do:
• Identify Opportunities and Efficiencies for Business Partners
• Collaborate with business partners to discover areas where workflows can be improved and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build Lowâ€'Code Solutions Develop and enhance business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with guidance from senior engineers and architects.
• Copilot & AI Enablement Help configure, extend, and test Copilot experiences, including prompts, plugins, and workflows that support employee productivity across Microsoft 365.
• Business Process Automation Support the automation of common business processes (approvals, notifications, data capture, reporting) using lowâ€'code and noâ€'code approaches.
• Data & Integration Support Work with data from Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and SQLâ€'based sources, and assist with basic integrations to existing systems and services.
• Quality & Documentation Follow established best practices for solution design, security, and governance, and contribute to clear documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration & Learning Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and senior technologists to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement Stay curious and continue learning about Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities, bringing ideas back to the team.

Who you are:
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, lowâ€'code platforms, or technical business solutions (including internships or graduate roles).
• Handsâ€'on experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and how users work dayâ€'toâ€'day.
• Basic understanding of data concepts (tables, relationships, simple SQL or Dataverse experience is a plus).
• Interest in AIâ€'powered tools and practical workplace applications (Copilot experience strongly preferred).
• Strong problemâ€'solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and comfort working with both technical and nonâ€'technical partners.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred but not required.
