Responsibilities
As a Go to Market (GTM) Director, you will be responsible for taking all the digital, data, and analytics products to market that have been created out of the CDO’s office. Products include but are not limited to:
• Internal mobile apps (B2B)
• External mobile apps (B2C)
• Web-Based Portals (B2B)
• Dashboards
• CRM & Audience Development strategy
• …and more
Candidates will be required to collaborate extensively with the labels, frequently work with the Product Managers, Developers, and the CDO. Presentation, communication, and the ability to story tell are of utmost importance. The role will work with all labels and markets globally and will need to adjust GTM plans for the LA, NA, European, and APAC markets.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience taking digital products to market
• Ability to create a communication plan (email, video, articles, slack, etc)
• Ability to create press releases and internal corporate announcements
• Ability to build a community for Alpha testing, Beta testing, and GTM release plan
• Plan events and create hype around a product release
• Ability to deploy tools to create feedback loop for comments, questions, suggestions on the products
• Implement tools for Product Analytics (i.e. Hotjar, MixPanel, Qualaroo, CrazyEgg, Kissmetrics, Geckboard, etc) to improve and enhance the product release schedules
• Establish a center of excellence for all things product related (ie dashboards, training manuals and materials, etc)
