What you'll do:
• Support wider e-commerce and fan strategy: building and sending localized emails, creating and localizing D2C and UGC assets as needed and supporting fan acquisition and engagement campaigns
• Create and maintain standardized overviews across commercial and digital campaigns, including maintaining creator dashboards, compiling local digital content trends, and tracking Spotify support plans and physical pre-orders.
• Actively contribute to team brainstorming across digital and commercial initiatives, bringing insights from competitive case studies in music and adjacent industries
• Maintain and update core D2C documentation, including product links, local availability, store coverage, and store redirects.
• Consolidate label release schedules and long-lead calendars while managing shared files across Box and OneDrive.
• Provide administrative support across teams, including gathering historic sales information, reviewing official chart rules, creating localized LinkFires, and compiling local translations for advertising & email campaigns
• Handle other coordinator responsibilities as assigned, including expense processing and general finance-related tasks.
Who you are:
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative support role; internships or equivalent experience welcome.
• A genuine music fan who is deeply engaged with and curious about online culture, commentary and fandom
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and shared-drive organization; familiarity with Box/OneDrive.
• Proficient or familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) & Canva. Plus, if prior experience with email platforms like Salesforce or Klaviyo.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple deadlines and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
• Comfortable working with data, reconciling lists, checking for errors, and maintaining clean, consistent tracking documents.
• Ability to follow up with stakeholders and gather information in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support different workstreams as needed.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
