The Director, New Business Accounts is accountable for delivering expectional client service and revenue results across COR's new business accounts and key growth accounts.
This role includes the management, and strategic development of key accounts, with the overarching priority of driving revenue growth. In addition to managing strategic client relationships, the Director of New Business Accounts will help senior executives develop new business and business strategies related to accounts.
This is a senior role that reports directly to the head of the accounts department.
What you'll do:
• Drive revenue and manage PL of several key accounts across both artist and commercial clients, but with a focus on new accounts that present opportunities for growth. This includes the management client projects to achieve best in class results for assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans with a focus on strategic growth and business analysis.
• Be responsible for planning and forecasting revenue targets, and execute on programs related to those accounts.
• Lend support to, or manage relationships between client and client team, including expectations, timelines, strategy and execution.
• Work closely with international production, creative and operational teams to ensure client service standards are being met.
• Liase with internal and external business management and account departments.
Who you are:
• 5 years' experience in merchandising, talent-backed consumer ventures, or apparel brand management; Minimum of 2 years' experience in people management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing demanding client relationships and delivering results against aggressive growth targets
• Strategic thinker who can see the big picture as well as the small details required to win.
• Dynamic problem solver with an expert-level understanding of relevant business practices and track-record of efficiently resolving client issues.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to prepare and confidently present business plans, strategic insights, and difficult news to internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with D2C strategies, including a basic understanding of Shopify platform.
• Strong experience with MicroSoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in a role that required strict confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$120,000 — $140,000 USD
