Full Time Job
The Digital Project Manager is the primary Creative Group contact for all label-related digital projects. All digital requests that come in to the Creative Group will be filtered through the Project Manager. This person will be responsible for managing these requests, and working collaboratively with label creative managers, design directors, art directors, video producers and media to ensure aligned communication within the group and to meet client deadlines.
Responsibilities
Prioritize, brief and schedule design requests for the creative group.
Work with external and internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and any associated costs (developers, font, photo costs) for a project.
Coordinate project details and deadlines with Designers, Art Directors and any collaborative efforts between creative and video production.
Encourage and facilitate collaboration between designers, including providing full visibility to the team using project management tools like Trello & G Suite Apps.
Ensure that internal approvals and Client approvals adhere to a schedule.
Flag artwork that may contain legal issues and route accordingly.
Understand current digital media trends and contribute as a manager to new campaigns involving both art directors and our video department.
License and purchase stock images for digital projects.
License and purchase fonts for digital projects.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an agency or similar, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in using project management tools like Asana, Trello and G Suite apps.
Able to communicate effectively and can handle multiple, fast paced projects.
A team player, but can take initiative and see through projects independently.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Additional technical degrees a plus.
