This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the Sony Music Latin team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive digital strategies for a roster of Latin artists, driving fan engagement, music consumption, and brand partnerships across platforms. You’ll work closely with management teams, internal teams, and external partners to create culturally relevant, data-informed, and cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
What you'll do:
• Develop & Execute Digital Campaigns: Create and lead innovative digital marketing strategies for artist releases, tours, brand activations, and content drops.
• Social Media & Content Strategy: Oversee social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok,, X, Threads, Facebook, etc.) including content planning and community engagement.
• Collaborate with social partnership teams to drive streaming performance via pre-save campaigns, editorial pitching, and playlisting opportunities.
• Fan Engagement: Launch creative fan acquisition and engagement strategies including email, SMS, activations, UGC, and direct-to-fan initiatives.
• Data & Insights: Monitor analytics across digital channels to optimize performance, A/B test content, and report campaign results with actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in A&R, Publicity, Creative, International, and Brand Partnerships to ensure cohesive digital execution.
• Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital tools. Test emerging tech, AI, and formats for future-facing campaigns.
Who you are:
• 4–6 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in music, entertainment, or youth-focused brands.
• Deep understanding of Latin music, culture, and digital trends across the US, Latin America, and global markets.
• Proven success in managing high-impact digital campaigns for talent or brands.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Strong grasp of analytics tools (Chartmetric, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for music, storytelling, and digital innovation.
