The eCommerce Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the direct-to-consumer storefronts of Ceremony of Roses clients. This position will involve handling a variety of tasks, including site merchandising, inventory management, product development, and digital marketing.
What you'll do:
Site Merchandising:
• Create and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly online storefronts.
• Curate product assortments based on client preferences, market trends, and sales data.
• Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
• Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Track product performance and identify slow-moving items.
• Implement inventory management best practices to minimize stockouts and overstock.
Product Development:
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop new product lines and merchandise.
• Research and identify emerging trends in the music merchandising industry.
• Evaluate product viability and profitability.
• Manage the product development process from concept to launch.
Digital Marketing:
• Work with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage social media channels and engage with customers.
• Optimize website for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
• Analyze website and marketing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Who you are:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience with inventory management systems.

Salary/Benefits
$45,000.00 - 55,000.00 per year
The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$45,000 - $55,000 USD
