We are seeking a part-time professional to provide expert-level support for the CounselLink eBilling and matter management system, while also managing related legal operations projects. This role bridges technical system administration, project coordination, and stakeholder support, ensuring seamless legal spend management and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
• CounselLink System Support
• Administer and configure CounselLink platform settings
• Troubleshoot eBilling and matter management issues
• Liaise with vendors and law firms to resolve platform-related concerns
• Train internal users and develop support documentation
• Project Management
• Lead and coordinate legal operations projects involving CounselLink
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT departments
• Stakeholder Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CounselLink-related inquiries
• Provide onboarding support for new users and law firms
• Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Who you are:
• Proven experience with CounselLink or similar legal eBilling platforms
• Strong understanding of legal operations and matter management
• Project management experience (PMP or similar certification preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with legal billing workflows and vendor management
• Experience in corporate law departments or legal tech environments
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Salary/Benefits
$35,000.00
- 40,000.00
per year
$35,000 - $40,000 /year USD
