As the Coordinator, Ticket and Label Operations for Sony Music Nashville, you will play a key role in supporting label operations for the entire Nashville artist roster. You will facilitate the concert ticket and artist meet and greet requests for the organization, as well as maintain artist itinerary reporting and assist with the execution of company events and operational activities. You should show great attention to detail and have a knack for keeping multiple streams of information and data organized succinctly and accurately.

What you'll do:
• Build relationships with Sony Music employees, management companies, tour managers, promoters, and venue/box office managers on a routine basis to effectively support the label
• Inform stakeholders of artist itineraries through reporting, internal system posting, and applicable distribution of schedules
• Lead the sales process of commercial orders of physical product (vinyl, CDs, etc.) from artist teams and special third parties
• Maintain accurate expense reporting by establishing POs and reconciling credit card payments for ticket purchases
Who you are:
• A highly detail-oriented individual with experience in an administrative function coordinating multiple projects at a time, organizing and leveraging data, and managing a deadline-heavy calendar
• A self-starter with an affinity for tackling the in-and-outs of software systems and Microsoft Office functions
• A music afficionado with a working knowledge of the Country music industry (preferred)
