This is a Full Time Job
Sony Music Entertainment (SME) is looking for an enthusiastic Coordinator to join its exceptional team at 5020 Studios in Miami, Florida. This role will be fully in-office.
What you'll do:
• Provide day to day support to Studio Manager and Director.
• Schedule and coordinate all studio bookings.
• Coordinate and schedule all studio and facility crews and daily and weekly basis.
• Maintain constant communication with A&Rs and Artist Management to ensure all needs are met before, during and after their time at the studio.
• Hire and coordinate all catering, equipment rentals, daily engineers
• Manage and direct cleaning crew and other vendors required on-site for events and other activities.
• Approve time sheets for vendors and crews in timely manner.
• Manage POs, recurring payments and other studio expenses on daily basis.
• Manage all internal reporting.
• Keep projects within agreed budget and schedule/timeline.
• Work closely with other departments and employees across the business as needed.
Who you are:
• Have two (2) years of music or entertainment industry experience.
• BA degree is preferred not required.
• Music industry experience is preferred.
• Previous studio experience technical a plus.
• Effective Spanish and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible to work off-hours and/or weekends on an as-needed basis.
• A proactive, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still paying attention to detail and spotting potential issues is absolutely key.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (advanced Excel proficiency preferred).
• Impeccable organizational skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to work in the Miami, Florida area.
