Are you a detail-oriented creative with a passion for seeing a team succeed through your administrative support and execution of project plans. We're looking for a marketing professional with a keen interest in the gospel and R&B music space. As a Coordinator, Marketing, we're looking for a flexible, self-motivated, driven collaborator with an eye for high-quality work to coordinate marketing efforts for an assigned artist roster, in support of the Marketing Director.

What you'll do:
• Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, process expense reports for Marketing leadership
• Maintain marketing budgets & PRS, processing PO's, invoices and check requests
• Order product and assist with shipping items as necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with approved company policy and compile travel documents for expense reimbursement
• Fulfill contest winner legal paperwork and travel as necessary
• Coordinate food orders for meetings and events
• Attend all artist team meetings - take detailed notes and circulate with key action items to appropriate people
• Manage the creation of and functionality of artist websites
• Manage artist email lists through Sony while creating email marketing strategies for assigned artists
• Coordinate the completion and updates of artist one sheets & sizzle reels and update marketing documents – plans, sales sheets, production grids, etc.
• Create and update presentations for artist projects as needed
• Facilitate process for the creation of plaques for RIAA certified sales achievement and artist successes
• Fulfill artist requests for road sales by ordering and having product shipped
• Request publishing and licensing clearances from Business Affairs related to assigned artist roster
• Lead efforts on all RCA Inspiration branded social media and email with other marketing coordinators
• Help coordinate tickets requests for shows and concerts as needed

Who you are:
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with excellence, typically gained through at least 1-3 years of experience in a support role
• Experience in music, lifestyle, entertainment, or other creative industry desired
• Ability to create and design presentations
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of the current marketing landscape and digital platforms
• Working knowledge of Gospel / R&B music or the marketplace preferred
• Interest in supporting the music and platforms of Gospel, R&B and Worship music artists
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
• Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new situations encountered on the job
• Ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships
• Ability to suggest and implement new systems for increased efficiency and accuracy of department responsibilities

This position requires the use of the CLEAR Health Pass App to access the office and off-site work events. While COVID vaccination is highly encouraged, vaccination is not required for employees based out of our Tennessee offices, although COVID-19 testing may be required.
