Full Time Job
Sony Music Group is looking for an experienced Human Resources individual who will support a team of HR Business Partners.
What you'll do:
• Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and escalate to the team as necessary
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding cycle for all new joiners from offer paperwork to organising and conducting new hire orientation and other inductions
• Lead and coordinate the terminations process ensuring all employees have a smooth offboarding experience
• Administer and coordinate HR processes, such as but not limited to, onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding
• Maintain, administer, and develop accurate HR records electronically and on HR systems to ensure compliance with legislation
• Ensure the HR team works effectively and with a joined-up approach, by helping to streamline and improve HR processes
• Proactively provide innovative ideas and suggestions for process improvements
• Produce weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain team trackers and support HRBPs with projects as required
• Take part in global and/or regional projects and local ad hoc administrative tasks and initiatives that support the Business Partners and HR brand
• General team administration and support such as booking meeting rooms, note taking, preparing presentations/reports etc.
Who you are:
• 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding)
• Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights
• Computer experience including MS Office applications
• Excel experience including: creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem solving experience
