The Coordinator’s responsibilities will include traditional assistant duties as well as some office manager responsibilities:
Responsibilities
• Support and assist (2) EVPs and other department executives
• Answer phones, maintain schedule, and arrange meetings
• Arrange travel
• Process expense reports, department bills and other payments
• Liaise with Facilities and purchasing departments
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint
• Coordinate department meetings and events, including high-profile company and industry conferences
• Assist with set up for new employees and other HR matters for BA department
• Prepare time sheets
• Assist in drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and contract research
• Basic online research
• Organize and maintain filing system
In addition, Coordinator will have independent responsibilities:
• Coordinate new release deliveries to Internet monitoring service
• Review reports from monitoring service
• Research information for infringement and sampling claims
• Support A&R Administration activities for SME/RED artists
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (4 years preferred)
• Proficiency in computer software applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly motivated and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, organized, timely and accurate
• Punctual, available to work overtime
