The Coordinator, BLA will report to the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs.
Responsibilities
The Coordinator’s responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
• Organize and monitor radio promotions compliance database
• Support and assist SVP and assist 2-3 lawyers in the Legal Department
• Answer phones, maintain schedule, and arrange meetings
• Arrange travel
• Process expense reports and department bills and other payments
• Liaise with Facilities and purchasing departments
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint
• Prepare time sheets
• Coordinate department meetings and events
• Assist with set up for new employees and other HR matters for BA department
• Assist in drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and contract research
• Basic online research
• Organize and maintain filing system
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (4 years preferred).
• Proficiency in computer software applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly motivated and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, organized, timely and accurate
• Punctual, available to work overtime
