Audience Development Assistant

At AWAL, we work with an epic roster of emerging talent and more established artists & labels from all over the world. We aim to remove all barriers between artists and the A&R teams or store editors that help them take their business to the next level within the AWAL ecosystem.

What you'll do:
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support for the US Audience Development team
• Manage end-to-end process for new vendor set up and processing of invoices / POs
• Compile weekly Audience Development project updates and digital stats reporting
• Collaborate with AD leads on research, ideation and execution of artist campaigns
• Assist in planning and technical set up of digital campaigns, social content shoots and fan activations
• Build & maintain up-to-date database of Digital Partner documents, artist opportunities; responsible for tracking digital partnerships across AWAL Recordings artists. Assist with compiling digital partner pitch info and assets
• Support community development and engagement initiatives across all direct to fan channels including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
• Build and maintain superfan database for priority artist campaigns; assist with outreach and coordination of superfan initiatives
• Maintain database of freelance contractors and assist with creation of digital assets
• Assist with on-boarding of new artists and provide social audits and digital optimization recommendations
