As an Associate, Talent Acquisition at Sony Music Entertainment, you will take the lead on managing interview scheduling and upholding our unwavering commitment to candidate experience throughout the recruiting journey. You will be part of a Talent Acquisition team that steers multi-dimensional recruiting initiatives across the organization. You will serve as a TA brand ambassador across multiple pillars.
What you'll do:
• Responsible for the execution of interview scheduling supporting a team of Recruiters within a broad, agile, and complex organization.
• Operate with agility across multiple TA pillars; leaning in as business needs arise.
• Owns upkeep of prospect pools within Greenhouse CRM; builds awareness of incoming talent for the team.
• Owns Talent Community prospecting posting and requisition; ensuring prospect talent are engaged, tagged, and flagged.
• Leans into special projects including employer branding, talent communities, and other TA led initiatives.
• Attends job fairs and recruiting events; travel as needed.
• Assists with Power Point Presentations and candidate experience communication templates.
Who you are:
• Up to 2 years of TA or HR experience either in a full-time role or relevant internship experience
• Eager to learn about Talent Acquisition in a creative environment and take on administrative, yet critical activities
• You take initiative, operating with individual autonomy within a complex global organization
• You enjoy connecting with candidates and generating excitement about career opportunities

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Pay Range
$70,000 — $75,000 USD
