Full Time Job
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing full administrative support to the senior executive. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
• Answering phones, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendar, arranging conference calls and arranging travel itinerary
• Prepare business expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Secure drive-on passes for visitors
• Disseminate updated project details as requested
• Track status of current projects
• Provide creative input and ideas on projects
Qualifications
• Prior administrative experience within the music industry is preferred
• Knowledge of recording studio process
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop and Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable one to positively relate to a wide variety of industry people
• Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Strong technology skills including ability to work within PC and Mac programs
• Be available to work overtime and to attend occasional evening showcases as requested
