Full Job Description
Artists in this role will build agent assets, pipelines, and tools for crowd simulation that support storytelling. Responsibilities include hitting production quotas, participating in daily reviews and briefings, collaborating across departments, and mentoring junior artists.
Candidates must bring experience with Houdini or comparable simulation software, strong animation fundamentals, and the ability to create dynamic, realistic crowd behavior. Familiarity with FX basics, render optimizations, and tools such as Nuke is required. Additional experience with Katana is a plus.
Candidates are also expected to demonstrate organizational and communication skills, self-starting habits, adaptability, and a calm demeanor under deadline pressure.
