Intern - Development

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

SONAR ENTERTAINMENT is seeking development interns for the summer. We have offices in Los Angeles, NYC and London and are a studio that develops and produces series, miniseries and television movies.

Students who are involved with the internship program will learn about such things as television development, acquiring material such as books for adaptation, overseeing television shows that are currently in production and being an assistant at a production company. Students will have one-on-one meetings with Production and Development executives and receive extensive feedback on their script & manuscript coverage.

We are looking for students who are eager to learn about the television business and have some coverage experience, or are willing to learn quickly. There are two tracks for this internship: one for office interns and one for those who want to read from home and provide coverage. For the office interns, this internship will be based in Century City. This internship will require reading and writing coverage for scripts and books submitted to us in consideration as potential television shows and movies. You must be able to receive course credit in order to be eligible for this internship.
