Solstice Studios is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CFO. This position will have exposure to all aspects of the business and will work closely with other members of the Finance team.
Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for performing and providing support for all administrative functions for the CFO, including:
-Maintaining CFO's calendar including scheduling and managing meetings/appointments, coordinating with numerous departments to avoid conflicting events
-Making and coordinating travel and conference arrangements, including international travel
-Preparing letters, correspondence, reports and presentations, as necessary
-Handling detailed, complex documents with the utmost confidence and confidentiality
-Managing and preparing expense reports
-Organizing physical and digital files
-Answering phones, screening calls and handling messages as directed
-Performing data entry and basic reconciliations
-Assisting finance team with finance/accounting activities, including monthly close and posting journal entries
-Supporting other members of the Finance team as needed
-Serves as a back-up to other Executive Administrative Assistants
Qualifications:?
-1-2 years accounting or finance experience preferred
-BA degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields a plus
-Proficient in Excel and G-Suite, including ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and perform extensive data entry
-Knowledge of Quickbooks, and Concur financial systems a plus
-Works independently as well as within a team environment on various ongoing and non-recurring projects
-Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization and senior -management
-Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and very strong multitasking abilities
-Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and handle/manage highly confidential information
-Proven time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
