How do I hire an Asst. to Head of Acquisitions and International? Solstice Studios, a brand new full service independent film studio, is looking for an assistant to the Head of Acquisitions & International.
Duties include: assisting in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including phone, international travel and calendar management, as well as assisting in the preparation for film festivals/markets with a focus on both International sales and worldwide acquisitions. This person needs to be a proactive partner to their boss, able to anticipate the department's needs, but also able to bring their own ideas to the table. Candidate should be extremely organized and detail oriented. An interest in film and distribution is a must as well as proficiency in Excel and a few years of applicable industry experience, preferably agency. This job is no longer available.
