Receptionist | Customer Service

SMV | Post Productions Services, is looking for an entry level, motivated, team member for a full-time position. Great opportunity for growth and advancement within the entertainment industry.

Duties will include:

• Assist clients, in person, by telephone, and via email and providing/maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Maintain and keep clean working areas
• Assist onsite customers as needed
• Organize and maintain shipping department
• Organize and maintain existing vaulting system department and elements
• Maintain meticulous records
• Research Clients
• Bill for element storage
• Duplicate & Label DVD's orders
• Ship client's elements as needed
• Pick up + drop off elements to/from clients and offsite storage as needed

Requirements:

• Highly organized with acute logical attention to detail
• Clean Driving Record
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly Organized
• Lift 30 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Proactive approach to all duties
