• Support project managers with file checks and client external drives.
• Confirm completeness and accuracy of client media before job start.
• Execute tape-to-tape, tape-to-data, and data-to-data transfers per client specs.
• Support multi-version packaging and delivery (IMF, ProRes, MXF, DCP, OTT deliverables).
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure strong understanding of signal flow.
• Assist in testing and integrating new AI-enhanced tools for QC, transcription, and localization.
• Support cloud-based transfers, remote workflows, and collaboration platforms.
• Safeguard media and equipment according to company protocols and anti-piracy standards.
• Ensure compliance with studio security protocols, MPA/TNP requirements, and content protection policies.
• Report system or machine malfunctions immediately.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a post-production facility (Data/IO or Machine Room preferred).
• Strong knowledge of file types and formats (SD, HD, 2K, 4K, UHD, HDR).
• Familiarity with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR workflows, and IMF packaging.
• Expertise with both legacy OS (Mac, Windows, Linux/CentOS) and modern platforms.
• Familiarity with VTR formats and post software: Adobe Premiere, Avid, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with Aspera (Faspex, Connect), Facilis, Terablock, SAN, ISIS/Nexus.
• Awareness of data security protocols and studio compliance standards.
• Interest in or exposure to AI tools/workflows, workflow automation, and emerging post technologies.
• Experience with cloud storage, transfer, and remote review platforms (e.g., Frame.io, Sohonet, AWS).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable under deadline pressure.
