Opportunity for Experienced Account Reps or Project Managers Seeking a New Home
We're a long-established and well-respected post-production company specializing in tape archiving, video/audio editing, master QC, closed captioning, and digital deliverables for major studios and content platforms.
As we continue to grow, we're looking to add a Client Services & Project Support Coordinator to our team-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings a natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
While this position has elements of a traditional front office or support role, it's intentionally designed to evolve with the right candidate. It offers direct exposure to our production pipeline, client communications, and interdepartmental coordination. Ideal for someone with a background in Account Management or Project Management who is ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a first point of contact for clients-both in person and through phone/email
Coordinate incoming client requests and projects using internal workflow systems
Maintain accurate and timely entry of client and project data
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Track and follow up on orders to support on-time delivery
Support daily operations through administrative tasks and light facilities coordination
Maintain front-of-house professionalism and ensure security protocols are followed
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in client services, account coordination, or post-production project management preferred
Highly organized, efficient, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technically competent-comfortable with cloud tools, work order systems, and Microsoft Office
A team player with the flexibility to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment
Interested in building a longer-term role and contributing to client growth and satisfaction
Able to lift 20 lbs occasionally
