Staff Production Coordinator

Top commercial production company in Hollywood is seeking a Staff Production Coordinator to start immediately. Responsibilities include assisting Executive Producers and Bidders with pre-production of commercials by managing crew, location, stage and vendor holds, conducting research for bids, managing director's visas, booking some travel and being a general liason with crew and vendors. Candidates must be extremely fast and organized multi-taskers who remain calm and efficient under the pressures of high phone/email/iChat volume, short deadlines, reporting to multiple supervisors in LA and NY, and frequently long hours. Must have excellent taste and thick skin as well as the ability to correct mistakes immediately without excuses. Commercial production experience and an interest in learning how to bid commercials are a huge plus.
