Summer Associate Intern

Sloss Eckhouse LawCo is seeking a Summer Associate for Summer 2026.

The Summer Associate will have completed years 1L or 2L of law school, assist the firm's attorneys and paralegals with tasks such as researching intellectual property and clearance issues, reviewing, and summarizing key deal points of contracts, summarizing main title and paid advertising credit obligations, preparing production legal forms, and submitting copyright registration filings.

Qualified candidates will have completed their first or second year of law school with excellent academic credentials, possess strong research, writing and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate an interest in film and entertainment.

Candidates should be available for approximately 8 weeks, from June through August, and at least 3 days per week for approximately 6-8 hours per day. However, start dates and hours may be flexible.
