The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Talent Manager with an established business and proven track record to join our growing team. This pivotal role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to leverage our robust infrastructure and expansive resources to significantly scale their existing roster and impact our newly launched theatrical and modeling divisions.

While we are open to expertise in any digital niche, specialization in lifestyle, comedy, fashion & beauty, and crossover talent is highly preferred. You will be instrumental in:

Driving new talent acquisition with a focus on creators who align with our diverse offerings.
Nurturing and advancing the careers of social media creators and multi-platform artists.
Forging and strengthening relationships with key brands and agency partners.
Integrating your established roster into a resource-rich environment, unlocking new opportunities for your talent.

About You

You are an accomplished and entrepreneurial talent manager with 3-5+ years of experience in the digital space, ideally with an existing portfolio of managed creators. You should possess:

In-Depth Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of platforms like Instagram and YouTube, including their evolving ecosystems and monetization strategies. You don't just understand them; you know how to leverage them for maximum talent growth.

Established Industry Network: A strong understanding of the brand and agency landscape, including prolific bookers, key contacts, and the types of creator profiles they consistently seek.

Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: A proven ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and negotiate advantageous deals with influencers, brands, and marketing agencies.

Proven Roster Management: Experience managing and growing a roster of creators, with the ability to point to concrete successes. Bringing an existing roster is a significant advantage and highly encouraged.

Entrepreneurial Drive & Autonomy: You're a self-starter with the capability to set and exceed ambitious goals independently, while also valuing collaboration and knowing when to leverage an established team and culture.

Adaptability: Willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment that may require flexible working hours to capitalize on opportunities.
