Salary: Commensurate With Experience Level + % of Division's Commission
Slash Studios is continuing to invest in and expand its business in 2026. It is seeking a Booking Agent for the Women's Division with past experience and a roster of female models to bring with them.
Please Note: You will only be considered for this position if you have worked at another modeling agency in the past and have relationships with models, casting directors, brands, and producers.
Qualifications
-At least two years at a previous model agency
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Ability to work in fast-paced environments
-Ability to scout and find new faces
-Individuals must be organized and have excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
-Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc
-Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven
Responsibilities
-Set up test shoots
-Shoot and upload digitals
-Build model books and portfolios
-Assist in talent management and strategizing
-Weekly check-ins
-Attend events
-Present models to new and existing clients
-Submit models to casting directors and on breakdowns
-Communicate with clients to confirm jobs
-Build new agency relationships worldwide for model placement
-Meet agency objectives and monthly income targets
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma and at least 3-5 years of experience in the entertainment industry as it relates to models and talent including previous booking agent experience; or any combination of experience and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skills, and ability required.
