Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships to drive partnerships across our national events & social media properties. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales skills, industry relationships, and a passion for music and live events.
What You’ll Do:
Pitch and close partnership & sponsorship deals with brands and agencies
Build custom proposals that align with brand goals
Manage partner relationships and deliverables
Work with our creative and event teams on activations
Track and report performance of partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in sponsorship or brand partnership sales (music, media, or sports preferred)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills
Passion for live events, culture, and branding
Salary/Benefits
$75,000.00
- 100,000.00
per year
$75,000 - $100,000 /year USD
Base salary plus commission with high earning potential
