Senior Environment Modeling Artist

This is a Full Time Job

A s a Senior Environment Modeling Artist you will be involved in many aspects of the film's visual development , working in coordination with P roduction D esigner and Art department to deliver a visually impressive look.

Responsibilities
• Models utilizing photography and pre-existing models.
• Models from concepts following the look of the show.
• Has the ability to create, adapt, and iterate, within a variety of artistic styles.
• Models trees, bushes and other vegetation with the look of the movie.
• Has the ability to properly research and work independently in absence of concept art.
• Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
• Works together with the team providing support, guidance and instruction in areas that contribute towards their artistic and professional growth.
• Follows the S upervisor's and L ead's guidance.

Requirements
• 5 years in VFX or animation industries.
• 3 years in the animation industry .
• Strong artistic or / and technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must .
• Extensive experience with Maya .
• Experience with Zbrush , Arnold Render.
• Knowledge of SpeedTree , Houdini and Marvelous Designer a re plus es .
• Knowledge of skinning, rigging, technical constraints and optimizatio n.
• High English level desirable .
• Spanish des irable .
