Skydance Animation is hiring a Manager of Facilities to support the daily studio operations of a growing animation studio. This person will be reporting to the Vice President of Operations at Skydance to help oversee all animation office spaces in the United States. They will also help with a campus relocation, manage and support onsite facilities team members, create and facilitate operational projects, and become an integral part of every employee's workplace experience from ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment to helping create the culture of a highly creative and artistically driven community.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and run the day-to-day office operations including vendor management, janitorial, HVAC, pantry, furniture, and other office services
• Collaborate with corporate operations team on the execution of upcoming office downsizing and corporate headquarters relocation projects
• Create standard operating procedures for new office location and help define and optimize processes
• Oversee reception desk and other operations staff establishing a customer service mindset within team
• Manage space planning and employee and department moves while keeping accurate and updated floor plans and seating charts
• Partner closely with Human Resources and Information Technology for onboarding and offboarding of employees including new hire office space, desk set up, parking, and building access
• Manage company health and safety programs, including oversight of fire and life safety programs, OSHA compliance, and all related training
• Coordinate all furniture and office supply purchasing, including processing all production facility and supply requests
• Manage facilities budget and vendor invoice processing
• Manage facility work and meeting spaces, including room booking, ongoing maintenance, and setup for Skydance Animation employees and occasionally for employees from Skydance family companies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and contractors to ensure the best possible service and support for facilities maintenance and projects
• Provide company cultural event and meeting support, including participating in planning of events and celebrations, ordering of supplies, and setting up
• Collaborate with executives and other department heads to roll out and construct studio initiatives
• Create a positive atmosphere and culture of professionalism and support
• Other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements
• 5 years of office management and/or facilities experience
• Previous move management experience
• Must have previous experience managing a team
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Adaptable team player
• Effective communicator that can assist, collaborate, and help employees at all levels
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
This job is a full-time onsite position
The salary range for this exempt position in Los Angeles, California is $100,000 – $110,000. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
