Skydance Sports is seeking a Coordinator to support two Executives. This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in learning about sports production.
Responsibilities
• General assistant duties including answering phones & rolling calls, scheduling and setting up conference calls, copying, printing, compiling documents, creating binders, creating and distributing agendas and itineraries, sending and receiving mail and faxes, ordering supplies maintaining organization and filing systems & tracking grids, etc.
• Manage task lists and phone sheets
• Manage calendar, scheduling meetings and maintaining contacts using Outlook
• Manage high volume of domestic and international production related travel arrangements for employees and talent associated with television productions
• Prepare expense reports, code, scan, reconcile and submit any other relevant documentation for corporate submission
• Manage communication with internal and external contacts including, Internal Staff and Management, Agents, Studio Executives, Executive Producers, Creative Talent, etc.
• Manage the internal distribution and organization of production documents
• Set-up writers' rooms, including sourcing room space, managing freelance start forms and I-9 verification
• Support writers' assistants in the rooms and during production
• Assist with identifying domestic and international stage space for scripted tv series
• Assist with the production insurance review
• Maintain weekly production grids and manuals
• Support the Director, Sport Production Finance w/ funding schedules and other admin tasks, when required
Requirements
• Bachelors' Degree preferred; Minimum one year of previous administrative experience required; And/or training; And/or a combination of education and experience
• Interest in or passion for physical production is necessary
• Experience with Scenechronize and PIX is preferred but not required
• Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Acrobat, iTunes, and FileMaker software and Project software applications
• Technology savvy with the ability to problem solve issues with PCs, Macs, iPhones and iPads
• Understanding of agencies and film and/or television studios is a plus
The hourly rate range for this non-exempt position in Los Angeles is $24.00 – $25.00. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
