Job Summary:
Skydance is looking for an experienced Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two executives on the Skydance Features team. This role involves managing a high-volume desk, handling confidential information, liaising with high-profile executives, and managing communications and relationships within the fast-paced entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings/appointments
• Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
• Arrange meetings and conference logistics, including rooms, handouts, and invitations
• Coordinate detailed international travel plans and compile related documentation and expense reports
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and confidential correspondence
• Perform light research duties and maintain database and spreadsheet files
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate good judgment when handling sensitive issues and confidential information
• Provide additional administrative support, including filing, typing, and copying
