Intern - The Walking Dead Social Media

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Skybound is looking for a creative intern to assist The Walking Dead Social Media Manager with content curation, promotion, and research. The goal is to get a better understanding of how social media impacts a large brand while also improving your skills in production, marketing, and writing.

Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit.

DUTIES:
• Brainstorm and implement creative new ways to promote TWD on all major social platforms, the site, and YouTube. This also includes Skybound Games properties, our non-TWD comics, and merchandise
• Create YouTube thumbnails, featured images, Instagram stories, memes, and social/site assets
• Research celebrity guests for our podcast ''Talk Dead To Me'' while also creating new ways to promote it. This also includes brainstorming topics and themes for the episode
• Track weekly analytics across all the channels and suggest new ways of boosting followers

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be familiar with The Walking Dead (should be caught up on the current season)
• Must have a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop (at least enough to create thumbnails) and a video editing software (iMovie, Premiere, or Final Cut)
• Must be well-versed in pop culture (current trends, memes, etc)
• Must be creative, positive, professional, focused, and a good listener.
