The Role
We're looking for a content creator who's comfortable on-camera, authentic, and able to seamlessly fit into our growing team of personalities. You'll collaborate with Ily and the Sticki Rolls crew, joining in challenges, sticker-themed adventures, and travel-based collaborations. Your role isn't just about making videos-it's about becoming part of an organic, evolving friend group that kids love watching.
What We're Looking For
• High-energy, social savvy individuals
• Digital-first creator and consumer with an acute understanding of what's trending (or will be)
• Someone who can come off as a ''cool older sibling'' to our audience of predominantly preteen girls
• Comfortable on camera
• Deep understanding of our brand and tone
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback
• Creating content is your passion and you're driven to make the best content possible

About Us
Sky Castle Toys is redefining how toys and content work together. Our Sticki Rolls YouTube channel has exploded to over 600,000 subscribers and 400 million views, and we're just getting started. We create fun, engaging content for kids that feels natural, real, and totally binge-worthy.
• Ideate, film, and participate in Sticki Rolls content (challenges, sticker adventures, creative storytelling)
• Travel for collaborations with other creators or industry events
• Work with the team to naturally integrate into the Sticki Rolls friend group.
• Create ~15 YouTube shorts per month
