The Assistant to CFO and SVP HR is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Senior Vice President, People Operations (SVP HR) of SK Global Entertainment (SKG). This important role requires a high level of service, confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Finance and HR departments. This is an in office job Monday through Friday. This is not a hybrid position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the CFO with day to day financial operations, including:
• Managing the CFO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for the CFO.
• Drafting and reviewing financial agreements and contracts.
• Assisting with budget preparation and tracking.
2. Support the SVP, People Operations with day to day HR operations, including:
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, meetings, and trainings.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Assisting with benefits administration, payroll processing, and other HR functions.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Provide general administrative support to the Finance and HR departments, including:
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.
• Answering and screening phone calls.
• Performing other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role in Finance or HR.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
