
Spring Paid Intern - Film Development

SK Global Entertainment is seeking a creative, motivated Film Development Intern for Spring 2026. In this role, you'll work closely with senior-level executives and gain hands-on experience in the early development process for film. You'll help track submissions, identify new and emerging talent, evaluate creative material, and learn how to effectively advocate for the projects you believe in.
As part of the program, you'll receive one-on-one time with experienced industry veterans who will help you deepen your understanding of the business and craft of film development.
What You'll Do
• Review incoming submissions and write thoughtful script coverage
• Track writers, directors, producers, and emerging creative talent
• Maintain internal development grids and submission logs
• Conduct research on trends, talent, and comparable series
• Contribute to creative conversations about story potential and project viability
• Assist with special projects
• Engage directly with senior executives for mentorship and guidance
What We're Looking For
• Must be enrolled in a college or university and able to receive academic credit
• Strong interest in film, writing, and the creative development process
• Excellent reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to clearly articulate story analysis and creative opinions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Familiarity with current film trends, streamers, and creators is a plus
• Must be able to work in person at our Beverly Hills office

• Location: SK Global Entertainment, Beverly Hills, CA
• Schedule: 20 hours per week (Spring 2026 - specific dates TBD; holiday breaks included)
