Intern - Film Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Beverly Hills based development/production company is looking for a highly qualified and motivated development/office intern to start immediately. The intern will be exposed to daily operations, learning film development first-hand at a growing production company with multiple film deals and a feature film that is scheduled for release in the early spring. Duties include reading scripts/books, script coverage, answering phones, running errands, compiling actor/writer/director lists, creative input, administrative duties and scheduling meetings. Must be able to make a 2-3 day/week commitment. Discretion is absolutely mandatory. Knowledge of film and strong writing skills are a must. Knowledge and proficiency in programs such as Adobe and Excel are a plus and should be mentioned in the cover letter. This is an internship with possible transition to full-time producer’s assistant.
