Media Manager (Input)
Are you a strategic operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? Do you enjoy turning complex workflows into clear, efficient systems—and helping teams perform at their best through change?
The Agile Creative Content Engagement Team (ACCET) is seeking an experienced Media Manager (Input) to lead and continuously improve centralized input operations across multiple markets. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible not only for daily execution, but for setting the operational direction that improves efficiency, consistency, capacity, and service across the organization.
As Media Manager (Input), you will lead Senior Log Coordinators and Log Coordinators responsible for contracts, traffic, copy, reporting, and daily log execution. You will serve as the strategic operational connection between leadership, stations, output teams, and production partners—ensuring the work is prioritized, resources are used effectively, issues are resolved quickly, and processes evolve as the business grows.
The ideal candidate is equal parts people leader, process strategist, and problem-solver: someone who can manage today's operational needs while building smarter, more scalable ways of working for tomorrow.
What You Will Do:
• Lead day-to-day execution for centralized input and log coordination teams across multiple markets, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and accountability standards that keep work moving effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop Senior Log Coordinators and Log Coordinators, creating a high-performing team grounded in collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Own staffing allocation, workload balancing, capacity planning, and coverage strategies to ensure the team can meet changing business needs.
• Oversee contracts, traffic, copy, reporting, inventory-related workflows, and other input functions to maintain operational continuity and accuracy.
• Analyze workflows, performance metrics, recurring issues, and team capacity to identify bottlenecks and implement practical, measurable improvements.
• Design and refine standardized processes, documentation, and best practices that reduce unnecessary variation and improve consistency across markets.
• Partner closely with ACCET leadership, Output teams, production, station stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to align workflows with broader business priorities.
• Translate operational needs into clear process solutions, helping shape system enhancements, automation opportunities, and future workflow modernization.
• Lead resolution of complex operational issues, balancing urgency with thoughtful decision-making and clear communication.
• Support major initiatives, new workflows, and organizational changes by developing scalable implementation plans and guiding teams through adoption.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement where team members are encouraged to identify opportunities, share knowledge, and help strengthen the operation.
This Role is for you if:
• You are a strategic, hands-on leader who can see both the daily operational details and the larger business opportunity.
• You have a strong track record of improving workflows, building structure, and leading teams through change.
• You are comfortable making decisions, setting priorities, and resolving escalations in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• You know how to use data, metrics, and team feedback to identify inefficiencies and improve performance.
• You are an effective coach who sets clear expectations, develops talent, and creates accountability without losing the human side of leadership.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with team members, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of quality or customer service.
• You are energized by building scalable systems and finding better ways to get work done.
• Experience with OSI, broadcast traffic systems, media operations, or multi-market workflows is strongly preferred.
• Broadcast television, media operations, traffic, or related operational leadership experience is preferred.
