This is a Full Time Job
The Inventory Analyst is a support associate for analyzing inventory variance reports and assisting in resolving inventory variances.
DUTIES:
• Complete all tasks assigned for daily commitments
• Perform various audits
• Prepare various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Keep manager informed of department progress/issues
• Comply with company policies and procedure
• Encourage and uphold company safety standards
• Review Daily PKMS PIX Error Report and take action accordingly
• Provide feedback for audits in the form of controls needed in areas
• Assist with special projects as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree or comparable warehouse experience
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed oriented person with the ability to analyze processes to find improvement opportunities
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees/management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience in DC warehousing
• PC Skills-Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook in addition to the ability to work with massive data
• Warehouse systems â€'' WM, AL, Dashboard, etc.
SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: 7:00 am â€'' 4:00 pm
