Simon & Schuster has been named to Forbes magazine list of “America's Best Mid-Size Employers 2022.”


This position is part of the Simon & Schuster Associates Program. This 18 month rotational program is designed to offer a qualified candidate the chance to explore three different aspects of the industry in order to determine which career path is the right one within the world of book publishing. Reporting into the head of talent acquisition each associate is placed with a mentor in a department that reflects their interests.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong interest in book publishing is required

Previous work experience is preferred.

An undergraduate degree is required.
