Location & Hours: Office-Based (Santa Monica), usually M-F 9am to 6pm, occasional overtime

Summary
The Receptionist & Office Manager ensures our clients and other guests have a smooth and comfortable experience, from assigning parking to handling sign-in/registration to stocking our kitchen with snacks and facilitating meal delivery. The Receptionist & Office Manager also handles light-duty cleaning and helps with organizational tasks such as accounting support, general research, and coordinating facilities repairs. There are numerous opportunities for advancement into other administrative roles.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
• Calm, poised, and professional, particularly in high-stress situations and when interacting with high-profile individuals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A precise planner with meticulous follow-through
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive
• Very comfortable documenting tasks and processes
• Basic Excel skills required, more is better
• Sense of humor always appreciated
• Experience in post-production is a plus
