Project Manager / Scheduler

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized self starter to join our team in Burbank, CA.
The ideal candidate MUST be knowledgeable in scheduling and calendar workflows. Candidate should be a team player that can function independently and maintain clear organization and communication with multiple divisions.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Create and manage schedules for various client projects.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently from commencement thru completion and final delivery.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project risks to foresee potential problems while proactively identifying the solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with active and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a project manager / coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Scheduling software
- Detailed knowledge of production workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Adept at proactively identifying and resolving obstacles and issues.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
